Terms of Use

1) Eligibility and adult use

You must be at least the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use KANPAI.

If gameplay includes alcohol references, those references may only be used by people legally allowed to consume alcohol in their location.

2) Entertainment and safety

KANPAI is a social entertainment product. Prompts, dares, forfeits, or game outputs are suggestions, not instructions.

You are solely responsible for your behavior and choices. Do not perform unsafe, illegal, non-consensual, harassing, or harmful actions. Never drink and drive.

3) License and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.

You may not reverse engineer, interfere with security, exploit vulnerabilities, or use the Service in ways that violate law or platform rules.

4) Product boundaries and accounts

The current app version does not require account creation and does not provide public profile, public chat, or public UGC hosting.

Gameplay names, settings, and scores are intended for local use on your device.

5) Purchases and billing

Paid features may be offered. Billing, taxes, refunds, and payment terms are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play under their own rules.

Purchase validation and restoration can depend on store account status, region, device platform, and entitlement providers such as RevenueCat.

6) Intellectual property

The Service, including software, text, visual design, branding, and game content, is owned by or licensed to KANPAI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7) Availability and updates

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including technical requirements and content.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available operation.

8) Disclaimer, limitation of liability, and indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KANPAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold KANPAI harmless from claims resulting from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, to the extent allowed by law.

9) Governing law and dispute handling

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where KANPAI is established, excluding conflict-of-laws principles, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

Before formal proceedings, you agree to contact contact@narak.app and attempt an informal resolution for at least 30 days.

Where permitted, disputes are handled by the competent courts of the jurisdiction where KANPAI is established, but mandatory consumer-protection rights and required local forums remain available when local law grants them.

We may update these Terms and will update the Last updated date when material revisions are published.
